Prelim-notice deadline calculator
Pick the state, enter the first date labor or materials were furnished, get the deadline plus a 30/14/7/1-day reminder schedule. Every state carries a verification flag and source in the API: 5 states are statute-verified (Oct 2026); the rest are reference-grade.
Statutory waiver forms
All four waiver types — conditional/unconditional x progress/final — with statutory-form states flagged and state-prescribed structure followed.
E-signatures
Waivers are signed through a one-time link with explicit consent, a typed legal name, a timestamp and a SHA-256 document hash — a full audit trail on every envelope. You deliver the signing link to the signer; LienLift does not send email on your behalf.
Project tracker
Active projects with their computed deadlines and reminder schedules, plus the deadline reference library per state. Pay-app checklists matching waivers to payments are a roadmap item.
GC portal (Team+, roadmap)
Not built yet. Today GCs receive one-time signing links and need no account to sign — fewer emails, faster pay-apps.
SMS reminders (Team+, roadmap)
Deadline reminders by text, not just email.
Accounting integrations (Connected, roadmap)
Not built yet: QuickBooks Online and Xero connections are on the roadmap; today waiver documents and project data are available from the API.
Audit-ready archive (Connected)
Every signed waiver keeps its document, hash and audit trail retrievable from your account. A 7-year archive tier and custom letterhead templates are roadmap items.
