About
Why LienLift exists.
LienLift exists because the most expensive mistake in subcontracting is also the most boring one: a missed prelim-notice deadline. One missed date can turn an $80,000 unpaid invoice into a write-off — and the tools that prevent it are priced for companies ten times your size.
We built LienLift for the 1-to-20-person sub: the electrician, the drywall crew, the material supplier. A 50-state deadline calendar, the right waiver form for the right state, and e-sign — for $29 a month flat, the whole company.
We are not lawyers and we say so on every page. We give you the calendar, the forms, and the reminders; your attorney gives you the legal advice. That boundary is the product's promise.
What we won't do
- Deadline data is reference-grade — not legal advice. Every output carries a verify-with-a-licensed-attorney notice.
- Waiver documents are templates, not legal instruments. A construction attorney must review the dataset before launch.
- LienLift is not a law firm and never presents itself as one.
